Frequently asked questions
- Is this really all-in?
- Yes. We don't believe in holding features hostage or taking a cut of your hard earned revenue. There are no transaction fees from us (standard Stripe processing fees apply), no commission on new bookings, and no add-ons required.
- How many staff members can I add?
- Unlimited. Whether you have 2 stylists or 20, you pay the same based on the tier of appointments you process, not the size of your team.
- What counts as an appointment?
- Any successfully completed booking. Cancelled or no-show appointments do not count against your inclusive allowance.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Askie is month-to-month with no long-term contracts holding you back. We need to earn your business and trust each month. And we are committed to earning it.
- What happens if I go over my included appointments?
- You pay a flat $0.25 for each extra appointment — the same rate on every tier. No surprise jump to a massive tier. We will remind you if a higher or lower tier is a better fit based on your latest monthly numbers so you can upgrade or downgrade anytime you want.
- Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
- Meta bills your WhatsApp Business number directly — for most salons that's around $2 a month — and we credit every cent of it back on your next Askie invoice. Your booking confirmations, reminders and review requests effectively cost you nothing.
- What are rebooking invites?
- Automated "time for your next visit" messages that go out to clients who are due back. Every plan includes a monthly allowance — 100 on Solo, 500 on Growth, 1,000 on Scale. Past your allowance they simply run at cost. We take zero markup on messaging.
