Frequently Asked Questions
Is this really all-in?
Yes. We don't believe in holding features hostage or taking a cut of your hard earned revenue. There are no transaction fees from us (standard Stripe processing fees apply), no commission on new bookings, and no add-ons required.
How many staff members can I add?
Unlimited. Whether you have 2 stylists or 20, you pay the same based on the tier of appointments you process, not the size of your team.
What counts as an appointment?
Any successfully completed booking. Cancelled or no-show appointments do not count against your inclusive allowance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Askie is month-to-month with no long-term contracts holding you back. We need to earn your business and trust each month. And we are committed to earning it.
What happens if I go over my included appointments?
You only pay a nominal fee (e.g. $0.15) for each extra appointment based on your current tier. No surprise jump to a massive tier. We will remind you if a higher or lower tier is a better fit based on your latest monthly numbers so you can upgrade or downgrade anytime you want.
